How to make these healthy Apple Oats Pancakes

Apple Oats Pancakes

Mixture:

2 eggs

3 tbsp greek yogurt

1 cup  oats

Half of an apple 

1 tsp ground flaxseed

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Stevia or sweetener to taste

Topping:

  • 1/2  cup chopped apple
  • 1 tbsp water
  • Cinnamon to taste
  • Stevia or sweetener to taste.

Preparation

  • Topping: Put all ingredients in a small recipient and take to the microwave for 1 minute or until the apple is soft,
  • Pancakes: Mix all the ingredients and take it to a non-stick pan to cook the pancakes. 
  • Serve the pancakes with the topping and add some more greek yogurt on top. Enjoy it!
