How to make these healthy Apple Oats Pancakes
3 tbsp greek yogurt
1 cup oats
Half of an apple
1 tsp ground flaxseed
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Stevia or sweetener to taste
- 1/2 cup chopped apple
- 1 tbsp water
- Cinnamon to taste
- Stevia or sweetener to taste.
- Topping: Put all ingredients in a small recipient and take to the microwave for 1 minute or until the apple is soft,
- Pancakes: Mix all the ingredients and take it to a non-stick pan to cook the pancakes.
- Serve the pancakes with the topping and add some more greek yogurt on top. Enjoy it!
